Ambitious Plans For Growth, Jobs And Giving Back Shared In 2022 Kick-Off Conference

That was the message at Castle Employment Group’s annual kick-off conference where we outlined ambitious plans for the next 5 years and reflected on a successful past decade for the business. Our entire team gathered at the Downe Arms in Wykeham for an inspiring day full of positivity and planning, with ambitious goals set for the future.

The day was hosted by international motivational speaker Marcus Child, who has worked with thousands of people and hundreds of brands over a 25-year career.

We shared our ambitious plans to grow every specialist division into more locations and niche markets, along with our 5-year vision and service delivery strategy. We also launched our intention of “giving back” with a percentage of profits going to the local communities in Yorkshire, where we feel we can really make a difference to people’s lives.

Managing Director Kerry Hope said: “The whole day was filled with so much energy and positivity that we all came out of it brimming with ideas and motivation. This is a really exciting time for Castle, following some of our most commercially successful periods ever in 2021 and we are determined to take that forward into 2022 and beyond.”

She added: “We have ambitious plans for growth for our team. We have four new starters joining the business across April and May, joining the specialist divisions of Castle Engineering and Manufacturing, Castle Business Support, Castle Accountancy & Finance as well as Castle Technology, allowing further growth across York and Hull.”

Castle have been established over 55 years and we are building on these foundations to allow for a new period of growth for our business, our people, our clients, and Yorkshire.
