AWB Charlesworth Solicitors secures Law Society Quality Mark for 14th year running

AWB Charlesworth Solicitors of Skipton, Keighley and Bradford have secured the Law Society Legal Practice Quality Mark, Lexcel, for the fourteenth year running. Lexcel is developed specifically for the legal profession. It is an optional, recognised accreditation scheme for law firms and in-house legal departments. Out of the 100 or so solicitor firms in our region, only 26 are Lexcel accredited.

To gain and retain Lexcel accreditation, a practice must undergo a rigorous initial review followed by an annual application and assessment process. This includes conducting background checks and a rigorous 3-day on-site audit. After the recent review, the Lexcel assessor said: “It is clear that the Lexcel Standard is well embedded in the culture of the Firm [and the] Firm has in
place some excellent People Management Procedures that far exceed the requirements of the Lexcel standard.”

Practice Manager Felicity Green said: “We are delighted to receive confirmation of our reaccreditation against the Lexcel standard. There is a lot of choice in the Legal Services market, and our ongoing commitment to excellent client care and best practice, demonstrated by these Quality Marks, gives clients a further reason to choose AWB Charlesworth Solicitors for their personal and business needs.” AWB Charlesworth Solicitors understand the importance of customer service commitment in today’s increasingly diverse, competitive market and takes positive steps to meet high standards. In a recent review of 2023 feedback forms, 98.8% of customers described the service they received from AWB Charlesworth as Good or Excellent, with 75% saying Excellent.
