Bookings Open – Online Management Development Programme
The University of York is pleased to announce that booking is open for our Online Management Development Programme which will take place in July and September 2022. This course is a fantastic opportunity to hone your management skills in a range of online sessions whilst attaining a level 5 award from the Chartered Management Institute.
The course includes the following modules:
- The future leader
- Leadership style and impact
- Building and leading the team
- Leading through change
- Improving the well-being and resilience of your team
Take the opportunity to build on your management skills by enhancing your knowledge of management theory and how to put it into practice to improve the performance of your team and your organisation.
The programme will take place online via Zoom across 8 short sessions with a range of other materials to access at your own pace.
If you are part of a small-medium-sized business within York, North Yorkshire, or East Riding, you may be eligible for 40% funding for these courses.
