Heather Williams and Jorandi Daneel are UK Chartered Trade Mark Attorneys and have founded the Intellectual Property firm Daneel Williams LLP. The firm is headquartered in Leeds and specialises in advising on all aspects of trademarks, designs, and copyright in the UK and throughout the world.

Heather says, “Setting up our own firm has been liberating. We get to determine our own culture and values and have total control on how we deliver our services. Our focus is on providing client-focused, pragmatic, and commercially relevant advice to our clients. We have joined the West and North Yorkshire Chamber of Commerce as we would like to connect with and get to know the entrepreneurial and thriving businesses in the region.

Jorandi says, “This is a very exciting venture for us and feels like the culmination of our careers in the IP industry.
