Gateley Legal expands Leeds office with new partner hire

Gateley Legal has expanded its Leeds office with the appointment of Matthew Brown to partner in its Restructuring team.

Matthew joins Gateley Legal from DWF where he worked as an associate partner in Restructuring for eight years. Prior to this, he was a senior associate in Restructuring at Pinsent Masons.

With over 20 years’ experience as a lawyer, Matthew is an experienced restructuring advisor to large and small companies. Matthew works at the highest level and has established an excellent network. He has particular expertise in creating and implementing solutions to help restructure companies that are struggling financially.

He has acted for a wide range of clients both large and small, including corporates companies, financial institutions, accountants, entrepreneurs, private equity investors, asset managers and more.
