Leeds Commercial Property Lunch launched by regional businesses

Bradley Hall, Schofield Sweeney, and Together have partnered to launch the first Leeds Commercial Property Lunch.

The three regional businesses have come together to create a forum for key commercial property professionals, with the aim of introducing new opportunities, education and encourage collaboration in the sector.

David Cran, managing director of Bradley Hall Yorkshire, said: “Bradley Hall Yorkshire is very proud to be able to collaborate with some of the Yorkshire’s most established businesses to host this event. We’ve worked together with the Yorkshire Asian Business Association to develop a carefully curated guestlist of likeminded individuals.

“Being able to partner with Schofield Sweeney and Together on this business and networking opportunity is something I am excited for, and we are very much look forward to hosting more in the future.

“After 35 years in the North East, Bradley Hall launched its Leeds arm of the business two and a half years ago and since then it has grown exponentially. We’re welcoming more clients than ever before and are expanding our team to meet this demand. Our core services have included professional RICS valuation services, and we’re also looking forward to following in the footsteps of our award winning North East operations in commercial agency, building surveying and property management.”

The first event took place on March 2nd at Dastaan and hosted a large number of property guests from across Leeds and surrounding areas.

The Commercial Property Lunch will be the first of its kind to bring together business people and investors to include informative presentations from each of its sponsors as well as offering networking and business development opportunities.

Pardeep Khela, director at Schofield Sweeney, said: “I am delighted to join Together, Bradley Hall and the Yorkshire Asian Business Association at the Leeds Commercial Property Lunch. All three organisations have a proud tradition of serving the Yorkshire business community and have a strong track record of delivering results.

“We are a trusted advisor to many and our business model is built upon providing a first class service with empathy, commerciality and technical expertise being at the heart of everything we do.”

Matt Boggan, business development director for Yorkshire at Together said: “For nearly 50 years, we’ve been providing property finance, and have a wealth of knowledge in terms of bridging finance, commercial and buy-to-let mortgages.

“We’re excited to be partnering with Bradley Hall and Schofield Sweeney for this event and are keen to share knowledge of the commercial property market with fellow experts. It will be a fantastic networking opportunity which we hope will be the first of many.”
