Lupton Fawcett welcomes newly qualified solicitor to family team

Yorkshire law firm Lupton Fawcett is welcoming newly qualified solicitor Emma Rennison to its family law team, underlining its commitment to nurturing new talent.

Emma joined Lupton Fawcett with an undergraduate degree in law. While gaining experience across all legal specialities, she completed a Legal Practice Course with a combined LLM Masters Degree in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Law in Leeds, graduating with distinction in August 2019. Emma has now qualified into the family department at Lupton Fawcett.

As a member of the family law team, she advises on a wide range of family matters from representation in divorce proceedings and financial disputes to representing clients in a broad spectrum of matters relating to children. She also advises in cohabitation disputes including Trust of Land claims and domestic abuse work including obtaining protective injunctions.
