Market-leading recruiter Louise joins all-female board of directors

Market-leading accountancy and finance recruitment professional Louise Scott has been appointed as a director of Castle Employment Group after 8 successful years with the company.

Louise has been instrumental in establishing Castle Accountancy & Finance as one of the foremost specialist recruitment businesses in Yorkshire and is also overseeing the expansion of Castle’s Human Resources and Technology divisions.

The success of Castle Accountancy & Finance has been a major factor in the growth of the overall Castle Employment Group, which has offices in Scarborough, Leeds, York and Hull, and which last month unveiled ambitious plans to grow its team and revenue over the next decade. Louise, who lives in Scarborough and is mum to two daughters, becomes the fourth member of an all-female team of directors, which also comprises Managing Director Kerry Hope and Directors Jessica Russell and Anna Wilson.

Louise joined the business in 2014 from a financial services background, where she worked in account management.
Initially recruiting to a range of different sectors, Louise’s commercial knowledge was crucial to our decision to establish Castle Accountancy & Finance, the specialist division which recruits professionals specifically to the sector.
That has quickly grown to a team of four and is one of the highest performing divisions in the wider group business, which also recruits to 8 other specialist sectors.

Louise has also been instrumental in bringing in a number of well-known clients to the group thanks to her reputation in the sector and the repeat business her outstanding performance creates.
