New Associate Legal Executive joins Ware & Kay Residential Property Team

Leading law firm Ware & Kay Solicitors is delighted to announce the appointment of Associate Legal Executive, Rachael Fell to its growing Residential Property Team in Wetherby.

Rachael specialises in all aspects of residential property and will assist clients who wish to buy and sell both Freehold and Leasehold property for registered and unregistered land. Rachael has a particular interest in Leasehold Transactions.

In addition, Rachael can advise on the Government’s Help to Buy ISA Scheme and that of the Ministry of Defence assisted purchases. She has extensive knowledge of buying and selling at auction, purchasing buy-to-lets, landlord and tenant work, transfers of equity, mortgage transactions, Declaration of Trusts and property registrations. Rachael has also dealt with many Commercial Conveyancing transactions, including Leases incorporating shooting rights, drafting Overage and Pre Emption agreements, issuing and removal of Unilateral Notices in respect of manorial rights and dealing with transactions involving compulsory purchase orders.

Originally from Bromsgrove in Worcestershire, Rachael arrives at Ware & Kay with over 23 years’ experience in Residential Property Law. She initially attended Worcester Technical College to start her CILEX qualification and qualified as an Associate Legal Executive in 1998, beginning her career in Worcester before relocating to North Yorkshire in 2000 and working for another local firm.
