PIB Insurance Client Academy

We invite you to attend our claims defensibility workshop, where We facilitate an exchange of views, challenges and ideas between organisations about how best to defend a liability claim. PIB Client Academy is dedicated to providing insight and advice on a range of areas of risk, guiding you through the different measures that can be taken to help mitigate risk and safeguard your business. Each seminar is free to attend and provides an opportunity for delegates to receive the most up-to-date knowledge from experts in broking, insurance and risk management.
What is covered?

Mark Purvis will host this academy, Associate Director from QuestGates, Chartered Loss Adjusters and Claims Specialists. The session will revolve around a workplace accident and particularly around how this incident is notified and investigated by your insurers and loss adjusters. The second part of the session concentrates on why liability may attach and how best to defend a claim,
concentrating on:

• Safe working practices
• Employee training
• Risk Assessments
