Sign up today to talk all things TransPennine Express

People across the North and into Scotland are being invited to chat virtually with train managers about everything from different ticketing types to Covid-19 cleaning, all from the comfort of their own home.

The vast majority of people are staying safe at home right now but train company TransPennine Express (TPE) still wants to give customers the opportunity to get in touch and discuss the things that matter to them when it comes to travelling by train.

Whether it’s finding out more about the work being delivered to keep customers and colleagues safe during the pandemic, asking questions on how timetables are put together or perhaps learning about how TPE’s Nova trains are maintained, members of the public are able to set the agenda and lead the conversation at these #TalkTPE events.

Customers can sign up and register their interest at: https://bit.ly/TalkTPEEvents where places will be available on a first come, first served basis.

Kathryn O’Brien, Customer Experience Director for TransPennine Express commented:

“Listening to our customers and hearing their feedback is hugely important to us. We’ve introduced virtual #TalkTPE events to give customers the chance to speak directly to members of the TransPennine Express team and have a conversation.

I would encourage anyone interested in taking part to sign up today using the online form.”
