Supporting Elite Female Sport in Yorkshire

Castle Employment are proud to see the York City Football Club Foundation Tier1 RTC Under 12 Girls looking very smart in their brand-new Castle Employment Sponsored Kit.

The Regional Talent Club (RTC) provides player development opportunities for elite female players across the region at U10, U12, U14 and U16. York City FC Foundation has again been awarded a Tier 1 licence by the Football Association and follow the England player development pathway. There has been a great start to the season with several players having been selected to attend England National Performance Camps.

Castle Employment are pleased to be supporting the RTC and the U12 team this year. Louise Scott, Senior Recruitment Consultant at Castle said “It is fantastic to see how hard the girls train; they all have an amazing work ethic. It’s really inspiring to watch them play and to see how well they are supported by the coaching staff. They are learning valuable life skills which will help them not only with their football but with their future working careers as well.
